Sexism: Name It, Fight It
Share your voice, be heard, and stand together against daily sexism.
What is Sexism?
Sexism is attitudes, beliefs, and practices that perpetuate or amplify inequality between people based on their gender. It can impact anyone, but primarily impacts women and girls. We created this platform to collect and archive real stories, proving that sexism is a widespread issue we must all confront.
Systemic Sexism
Wage gaps, lack of equitable parental leave, and low female representation in positions of power. Inequality built into institutional structures.
Gender Norms
Deep-rooted societal rules about how men and women "should" behave, dress, or feel. These norms are learned from childhood via media and culture.
Microaggressions
Everyday subtle insults, assumptions about competence, or dismissals (e.g., being called "too emotional") that occur frequently in the workplace or public.
