What It Means to Feel
"To feel is to remember not only with the mind, but with breath, heartbeat, and the subtle music beneath the skin."
Here, every sigh, tremor, and gesture becomes a story. From trauma to creativity, from silence to laughter, from resilience to renewal, each episode traces how the body stores, reveals, and transforms experience. We slow down. We listen. We let the body finish its sentences.
Because to heal isn’t to erase the past; it’s to feel it, move with it, and let it become **wisdom**.
Because to heal isn’t to erase the past; it’s to feel it, move with it, and let it become wisdom.

She believes humor, creativity, and **sensory rituals**—yoga, a warm cup of tea, a gentle breath, the scent of cedar—are essential ways to remember our shared humanity.
